Some messages don't survive the conversation.
WhatsApp shows you the latest version of every chat. WAppTrack keeps a private record of what your number actually received — including the edits, deletions, and replacements WhatsApp removes from your view.

A message arrives.
Two minutes later, the address changes.
The original message is deleted entirely.
But the vault remembers all three states.
Preserved. Searchable. Yours.
Your WhatsApp memory, outside your phone.
Your connected number's events are captured the moment they arrive — including the ones WhatsApp later hides from view.
WAppTrack listens to your dashboard's WhatsApp number and writes a timestamped timeline of what came in. You can search across senders, contacts, groups, media, and locations. Filter by date, by chat, by event type. Export anything you've captured, or request its deletion. It's your record — yours to keep, yours to remove.

Designed for the people who already live on WhatsApp.
- Second-number users
The phone is at home. The number isn't.
A second SIM for marketplaces, side hustles, travel, privacy, rentals, or family admin. Keep activity visible from a private dashboard without carrying the device everywhere.
- Freelancers & solo operators
Client communication that you can find later.
Handymen, beauty professionals, tutors, landlords, repair pros — anyone whose work happens through WhatsApp. A private archive without turning your workflow into business software.
- Marketplace users
Buyers and sellers can change their minds.
Pickup times, deposit instructions, prices that shifted after a 'we agreed at…' message. Keep the version you remember, even when the chat doesn't.
- Personal logistics
Family, household, caregiving — coordinated by message.
When details are spread across groups and one-to-one chats, and people sometimes edit or delete what they said, a private record helps reconstruct what happened.
- Backup-minded minimalists
Your communication history shouldn't depend on one app.
If you want redundancy, structured access, and a clear lifecycle record — for everything that arrives at your number — WAppTrack is a private layer behind WhatsApp.
For the conversations that turn out to matter.
- APPOINTMENTS
The time changed twice. Only the latest one is in the chat.
Doctor's reschedule. Class moved one hour. The version you remember can stay timestamped in your archive — even when WhatsApp shows only the most recent edit.
- PAYMENTS
An IBAN you copied — before someone replaced it.
The deposit instruction you received. The amount that was originally agreed. WAppTrack keeps the original payload alongside any later edit.
- ADDRESSES
Pickup pins, delivery details, late-night corrections.
Couriers, taxis, friends giving directions. The version sent at 13:58 stays preserved, even when it's changed at 14:03 to a different street.
- MARKETPLACE
The price was agreed. Then renegotiated. Then deleted.
Buyers and sellers edit listings, retract offers, and delete messages. Your private record holds the conversation as it was when you said yes.
- FAMILY LOGISTICS
Who said they'd pick up the kids — and when.
Carpool times, grocery lists, who's collecting whom from where. Even if a message is later removed, the original arrangement stays visible.
- INFORMAL AGREEMENTS
A handshake that lived in WhatsApp.
The casual "sounds good" that closed a transfer. The mid-thread "deal" you both meant. WAppTrack keeps the conversation as it actually unfolded.
Two things to be straight about.
Numbers you own or are authorized to connect.
WAppTrack is designed for WhatsApp numbers you own or are authorized to connect. It is not intended for covert monitoring of another person's account.
Starts capturing from the moment you connect.
WAppTrack starts preserving events after your number is connected. It cannot recover historical messages that were never captured.
What we can promise. What we can't.
Messages and message events received by your connected WhatsApp number — text content, edits, deletions, media references, contacts, group activity, shared locations, and session status. WAppTrack writes these to a private timeline you can search and export. It captures what your number receives, after you connect it.
No. WAppTrack starts preserving events the moment your number is connected. It cannot recover historical messages that were never captured. This is a hard technical limit — your archive begins on day one of connection, not before.
Numbers you own, or numbers you are explicitly authorized to connect (your own additional SIM, a second number you administer, a household number you share). WAppTrack is not designed for monitoring someone else's account, and the connect flow is built around the assumption that you control the number you're adding.
Your private dashboard. Events are stored in your account's archive — only accessible by you. You control retention windows, export, and deletion. WAppTrack is built as a private record layer, not a shared workspace.
WAppTrack acts on the same events any standard WhatsApp client receives on your number. It doesn't change how messages are delivered, how WhatsApp behaves on the other end, or what other users can see. There's no notification on either side that a private archive layer exists.
No. WAppTrack does not replace WhatsApp, and it is not a complete WhatsApp backup. WhatsApp keeps doing what it does — chats, calls, status. WAppTrack adds a separate event log of what your connected number received, kept on your terms.
Both are available from your dashboard. Request export to receive a structured copy of your private archive. Request deletion to remove the captured record. The retention/export/delete flow is built in — not buried, not gated, not optional.
Keep what was sent — even when it changes.
We're opening private archive access in cohorts. One email when it's your turn — no sales sequence, no marketing drip.
By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive a single notification email about access. See the Privacy note for how your address is handled.
